Biography
Gerry is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice group. Gerry has over 14 years' experience working almost exclusively in corporate and commercial law in Australia, Hong Kong and England. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (including management of due diligence programs), private equity, funds management and joint ventures.
Gerry was recognised in Best Lawyers: Australia (2010) for Private Equity.
