Biography
John has more than 30 years experience working in banking and finance law including acting for both lenders and borrowers, syndicated and project financing, property financing, secured and unsecured transactions, bond and note issues, structuring and stamp duty. He has also been involved in preparation of standard loan and security documents for use by a number of financial institutions.
John is a Notary Public and is a member of a number of professional associations.
John has practised in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia and is also admitted in Western Australia.
