Biography
Justin has extensive experience advising Australian Government agencies, government-owned entities and private sector companies in the areas of procurement, contracting and corporate advisory. Justin has particular expertise in the health, human services and defence sectors.
He has provided legal and strategic advice on significant and sensitive Government projects, and has drafted and negotiated a variety of complex contractual arrangements. Justin has a focus on achieving pragmatic outcomes and partnering with clients to achieve their objectives.
Justin's practice includes advising on major procurement processes (including multi-stage procurements), developing corporate structures for the delivery of health projects and assisting clients implement best practice corporate governance frameworks in the context of their operational and industry requirements.
